The sections below set out the basis on which orders are processed from payment to delivery. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices. PAYMENT

We use Paypal to process payments on our site. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. You are not required to have a Paypal account to process an order. An invoice will be sent to you by email on demand only.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, there will be a “Out of Stock” icon on the product. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be sold out. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled from your order, and you will not be charged for that item.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All products ordered on KAMBODJAGivingBrand.com can be shipped worldwide.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours after receiving your payment. In case of any delay or problem, you will receive a notification email to the provided email address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide KAMBODJA with the correct email address.

Orders are sent to the exact delivery address given to us for shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide KAMBODJA with the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer during order processing.

HONG KONG SHIPPING

All Hong Kong orders are shipped free of charge with tracking information Hong Kong Registered Post and will be delivered within 1-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free international shipping with tracking information via Hong Kong Speedpost. Your order will be delivered within 5-14 working days, depending on the destination. Please note there may be delays due to customs once the package has reached your country.

SHIPPING STATUS

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped with the tracking number of your parcel. You can track your parcel here: http://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/mail_tracking/

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. KAMBODJA is not responsible of any delay resulting from customs clearance procedures.You may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any custom clearance charges.  Please refer to your local customs authority for more information. In the case you choose not receive your shipment by rejecting payment of the customs duties, you will be charged for return shipping. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from KAMBODJA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the carrier.

 

RETURN

We do not accept returns or exchanges through our online store. The only exception permitted is in the case “Defective Merchandise”, which is determined by KAMBODJA. Merchandise damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. Any defective merchandise must be claimed by email (info@staging.kambodja-givingbrand.com) within 48hours after reception of the product(s) ordered. Please make sure to provide your order number in the subject of your email with the mention “CLAIM”.

If the item is determined to be Defective Merchandise by KAMBODJA, the customer will be entitled to repair or exchange as within the circumstances at the sole expense of KAMBODJA. Defective merchandises entitled to repair or exchange must be sent back to KAMBODJA within 72hours after the claim conclusion has been settled. The Defective Merchandise must be securely packed, and sent via local post office services, with tracking option. Finally, to be eligible for shipping cost refund, tracking number and receipt showing the shipping fee paid must be sent by email to KAMBODJA.
